Your first step

Your Ayurvedic analysis. Your written report and roadmap.

Your history, digestion, nourishment, sleep, energy and emotional life guide an assessment grounded in Ayurvedic understanding and scientific inquiry.

You receive a written Report of Findings and a personal roadmap, with food, breathing and daily practices explained. Coaching and bodywork help you put it into practice; your journal and our conversations guide adjustments.

Phase 01 · Pregnancy

Preparation that becomes part of your life.

An expectant couple practicing supportive touch together

Care for your changing body

Recommendations fit your preferences and home life. Your preparation covers:

  • Nourishment, digestion, rest and daily rhythms, guided by your assessment.
  • Journal observations that help us make practical adjustments.

Make room for what you are carrying

Coaching gives you space to:

  • Explore fears, emotions, expectations and past experiences.
  • Identify the support you need and ask for it.
  • Work with breathing, movement, yoga and reflection.

Prepare your body—and your partner

Put preparation into practice through:

  • Prenatal teaching and two bodywork sessions.
  • A two-hour birth rehearsal.
  • Partner preparation: questions, your preferences, communication and ways to support you.
How we make the preparation personal

Nourishment, rest, emotions, movement, relationships and meaning are connected parts of your care, not separate upgrades.

Jyotiṣa and reflection add a perspective grounded in your lived experience. Bring your history and relevant records, watch the preparation videos, and bring your questions and observations to our meetings.

Phase 02 · Labor & Birth

A familiar person. Beside you through birth.

Connected from the early signs

  • Labor support is available day or night.
  • Early labor guidance is remote.
  • I join you physically when you need support beyond the early stage.

Support that knows you already

I bring the understanding we have built together: your priorities, concerns and ways of receiving support. Hands-on care, emotional steadiness and guidance for your partner continue through birth.

Your voice stays part of the room

I support communication and help you understand the options discussed with your maternity team. Your preferences and changing decisions matter; there is no single acceptable way to give birth.

Availability, arrival and backup
  • Backup support is available until I join you if circumstances delay my arrival.
  • Stay in contact as labor develops and follow your maternity team’s guidance.
  • Medical assessment, monitoring and treatment remain with your clinical team.

Phase 03 · Coming Home

Your baby is here. You still need care.

One 90-minute visit in your home, preferably in the first week after you come home.

Begin with how you are doing

We make room for your recovery, comfort and nourishment, including what feels manageable, what is difficult and where you need help.

Work through the immediate questions

We can work through:

  • Your recovery, including how your body feels and how you are eating and resting.
  • Breastfeeding, latch and comfort questions.
  • Concerns about your baby’s digestion, stools or skin.

Together, we identify practical steps and anything that needs your maternity team or pediatric clinician.

Leave with a clearer next step

A visit with someone who knows your preparation and birth helps us understand your immediate concerns and plan the next steps.

Included in Birth Concierge: this one home visit. Ongoing postpartum care is a separate program, not automatically included.

Frequently asked questions

Can I start later in pregnancy?

A later start means more concentrated preparation, not removing the important parts. We discuss what can realistically fit before birth and the participation this requires from you. The same core preparation takes greater intensity in less time; starting later does not automatically mean a lower fee or the same amount of practice time.

What will I need to do?

Share your history and observations, watch the preparation videos, write down your questions, arrive on time and practice what we agree between meetings. Your partner’s participation helps turn the preparation into something you can use together.

Are bodywork, partner preparation and Jyotiṣa extras?

No. Coaching, bodywork, movement, Jyotiṣa and partner preparation belong to this engagement and are adapted to you. Additional preparation sessions for the priorities we identify together are included in the package fee.

For a medical emergency, contact your maternity team or emergency services immediately; do not wait for a message reply. This care does not replace medical or pediatric assessment.
