A clear description of the issue
Photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging
We will review the information provided and may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion. Replacements are not guaranteed and will only be issued in cases where the damage is clear and documented.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement based on the condition of the product and the documentation provided.

Packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses
Postal or customs delays
Unclaimed or refused packages
