Nurturing and Healing
Postpartum
Overview:
The postpartum window is a portal—one of profound vulnerability, transformation, and healing. Ayurveda calls this a time of restoration, where the mother must be nourished deeply in order to truly recover. In this module, you’ll learn how to rebuild strength, support digestion, balance emotions, and protect ojas through food, herbs, bodywork, and sacred routine. This is where the mother is reborn, too.
