Embodied practice
Breathing Practices
Simple ways breath can support awareness and nervous-system steadiness.
Breath is always present, but the way we breathe changes with stress, posture, fatigue and emotion. Gentle practice can make those patterns more visible.
Start with observation
Before changing the breath, notice its pace, depth and location. Awareness reduces the urge to force a result.
Choose ease over intensity
A slower, comfortable exhale may support settling. Practices should remain free of strain, dizziness or breath hunger.
Practice in ordinary moments
Brief repetition during the day can be more useful than waiting for a crisis or trying to complete a perfect routine.
