THE EARLY DAYS DESERVE SKILLED CARE

Support your recovery.
Build understanding.

Ayurveda speaks of the first 42 days after birth as a foundation for the next 42 years of a woman’s life. This understanding guides my care, with attention to your recovery now and your wellbeing in the years ahead.

The first weeks bring changes in recovery, feeding, rest and emotional wellbeing. Skilled care helps us identify what needs attention.

Your birth experience and bodily history guide an Ayurvedic assessment of digestion, nourishment, rest, energy, comfort and emotional experience.

We address concerns, review what helps and adapt your care, building understanding you can use beyond the first month.

WORDS FROM THE JOURNEY

Care that makes a difference.

Viji’s care goes far beyond immediate postpartum support; she focuses on a woman's long-term health. From resolving latching and digestion issues to connecting us with specialists for pelvic floor care and tongue-tie assessments, her holistic approach treated the root causes of my concerns. What makes her exceptional is her combination of deep knowledge and personal attention. I wasn’t simply given advice; I learned how to truly nourish myself. Because of Viji, I walked away feeling strong and empowered, never once feeling like I had to lose my own health just because I had a baby.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Is this included in Birth Concierge?

No. Birth Concierge includes one 90-minute home visit, preferably in your first week after coming home. This is a separate month of postpartum care.

What can we discuss during visits?

Your recovery experience, digestion, nourishment, breastfeeding, baby questions and emotional concerns all have a place. Guidance and troubleshooting stay within my scope, alongside your maternity team, pediatric clinician and other specialists when needed.

How does text support work?

Text support is available on the days between visits. We agree the communication hours and response expectations before care begins. This is not an emergency service.

Does this replace medical or pediatric care?

No. This support complements your clinical care. Medical symptoms, urgent concerns and treatment decisions need qualified clinicians. For an emergency, contact your medical team or emergency services rather than waiting for a text reply.
