1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website, booking a service, enrolling in a program or purchasing a product from Divine Journey LLC, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms presented for a specific service, course or product. If specific written terms conflict with these general website terms, the specific terms will control for that offering.

2. Educational and wellness information

Website content, courses, Jyotiṣa teachings, Ayurveda education, coaching and general resources are provided for educational, reflective and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for individualized medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.

3. Medical and emergency care

Do not ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of information found on this website. Divine Journey does not provide emergency services. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional immediately.

You are responsible for deciding, with your licensed healthcare professionals when appropriate, whether a recommendation, practice or offering is suitable for you. Results vary, and no particular health, pregnancy, fertility, birth, personal or spiritual outcome is promised.

4. Appointments, programs and payment

Appointments and programs must be booked through the designated booking process. Prices, payment schedules, included services and availability are shown on the applicable offering or booking page and may change before purchase. Full or scheduled payment is required as stated at booking.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund and participation terms may vary by service or program. The terms shown during booking or enrollment, and any service agreement you accept, apply to that purchase.

5. Products, shipping and returns

Product descriptions, prices and availability may be updated at any time before purchase. Physical products currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Shipping is $8 for any quantity of reflection-card decks, $8 for any quantity of fine art prints, and $16 when one order contains both decks and prints. Applicable sales tax is added when required.

All product sales are final. Divine Journey does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after an order has entered fulfillment. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

If your order arrives damaged, contact info@divinejourney.me within seven calendar days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. Lost or damaged shipments will be reviewed for replacement or refund of the affected item. Keep all original packaging until the review is complete.

6. Intellectual property

The website’s text, course materials, recordings, books, artwork, card designs, graphics, photographs and other original content are owned by or licensed to Divine Journey and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use purchased or accessed materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, teach from or create derivative commercial materials without prior written permission.

7. Testimonials and individual results

Client stories and testimonials describe individual experiences. They are not guarantees that another person will receive the same or similar result.

8. Third-party services and links

This website may link to or use services operated by third parties, including scheduling, payment, video, bookselling and social-media platforms. Divine Journey does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security or separate terms.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the site or its content for unlawful purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divine Journey is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of—or inability to use—the website, external services or general educational content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the website, offerings or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are made. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
